Make easy peasy pancakes with this simple recipe (makes 8 pancakes):
Ingredients
1 large egg
280ml milk
110g plain flour (4 heaped dessert spoons)
1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Break in the egg and add a pinch of salt and a splash of the milk.
- Whisk to make a smooth cream whilst gradually adding the rest of the milk and the melted butter.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes then pour 5 tbsp into a hot pan.
- Wait for the pancake to form and FLIP!
- Choose your tasty topping and enjoy!
