While you’re speeding along, why not whip up this 2 Minute Chocolate and Salted Caramel Mug Cake! A cake in 2 minutes, roomies! Just think of all the bingo games you could be winning while your cake heat up in the microwave.
This delicious cake is ready in just 2 minutes. The perfect bingo treat!
Here’s how to make it:
INGREDIENTS:
4 TBSP all purpose flour
4 TBSP sugar
3 TBSPunsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 TSP baking powder
1/4 TSP salt
1 egg – beaten
3 TBSP skim milk
1 TBSP vegetable oil
2 salted caramels
HOW TO DO IT:
1. Add in a small bowl: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix to combine.
2. Pour mixture into a regular sized coffee mug.
3. Drop caramels into center of mixture one at a time.
4. Microwave on high for one minute and 30 seconds. If needed {if cake batter is still gooey}, microwave on high for up to an additional 30 seconds.
Enjoy this gooey chocolate-caramel goodness while you’re giving the Sherrif a run for his money at Speed Bingo!
