Robin’s Mobile Munchies
Makes a huge batch, enough for about 16 servings
INGREDIENTS:
8 cups dry cereal (mix a few of your favorites together for variety)
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Melt the butter and honey in a saucepan or microwave safe bowl, until just melted.
pour the cereal into a big mixing bowl. Stir the cinnamon and vanilla to the butter/honey toss the cereal gently until completely coated.
4. Pour onto a large baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Toss gently then bake 5 more minutes.
5. Let cool, mix with additional mix-in's as you wish (dried fruit, nuts, etc.) and store in an air-tight container or baggies.
